The early Bronco is still my dream vehicle. V8, D44 front and 9" rear is VERY hard to beat. One day it will happen. They are hard to find around here in good enough condition for cheap enough for me to own one now.
Oh, and a woman driving an early bronco, or any other lifted 4x4 for that matter, is pretty hot.

Bumping this old thread to ask a funny question. Does anyone know where my old, green XJ might be? I sold in when I was living in Las Cruces to a security guard who was stationed at the facility where I worked. If you are curious what I've been up to, this is a pretty good overview! https://kincerchassis.com/wrecked-c...YBwCi3FXvQ2X7_UHKPz3rbtRAlTXXOaAjeNRAQTliL963
I tried finding my old XJ a few times. Best bet is to run a free VIN report and see if it’s been inspected or registered in any recent time. If so it’ll give you a ballpark are of where it might be, and if it’s been sold or retitled that’ll show up.
If you have access to CarFax it can sometimes have more info but I’ve found the free reports are almost as good. They just won’t include things like accidents etc.
Good luck from a fellow DC area resident (if you’re still around here)
