Congrats! Sounds like you are getting a charge out of it already, LOL.

It was nice getting all those new Mopar sensors with the 4 cylinder throttle body set-up. I'm keeping what I can use and I'll find a home for the rest.

Where's the IAT located? Does it simply get dirty? Whats the best way to test it?

TPS is adjusted at .82V

Grounds are good- Clean and shiny everywhere (accept the kick panel)

Plugs, Wires, Cap n' Rotor all done within 10K

Operating temp of 190-200.

It is on the intake manifold, just aft of the TB. It measures a resistance (ohms) depending on the temp. A search on here should yield the chart.

The IAT does get dirty and slow, and it does go bad, and is no longer available.

Hold onto it, they are OBSOLETE now.

I've got it and a bunch I snagged from the JY. Amazing that they read 10% different after cleaning, huh?


OP: it's located almost directly behind the throttle body. 2 wires, screwed into the manifold.
