XJ roof rack with 2 9" lights and 4' firestick

as the title states i have a roof rack with 2 9" procomp lights with covers for the lights.
a black 4' firestick mounted
also has spare tire bracket with a master lock!
all mounting hardware is included mounts to factory rain gutter.

those are bitchin lights, I had a set converted to HID and they throw the light really far. Starion if you buy this hit me up about converting them I am good friends with the guy that owns BajaHID.com

newbie question....

looks like that mounts in the rain gutter, is there another part of that mount that goes over and under the gutter to fasten it on? Or did you just screw it directly to the gutter where those holes are?

there is a second piece that screws into that tab with the holes in it and clamps the rain gutter between the two pieces. it's the most secure way to mount a rack on an XJ.
