Is the D44 a complete axle? Also the D30 shafts are Anti lock brakes ones? with the toning ring?

I dont want to ship the tire carrier if at all possible.I can get pics but its burried in my jeep parts.It looks just like any other jeep carrier,no rust or other b.s.
I can pallet it for a extra $25,(buys skid,straps,ect)you arrange freight collect shipping.
