i have one from a 94 zj but im in san diego. it has supply and return lines on it.
 
Why not do a return reg and just a newer style? I had to ditch the stock reg anyways on my engine. None of the stock regulators (higher psi even rated) would keep the pressure right and cant adjust. For like 70$ you can get a ebay all billet with like 6 of the AN fittings and 4 ft of hose (the fittings and hose cost more then that) and it worked great. you can even then just regulate/bypass back at the cell and just use one line forward to the rail.

keep in mind that aftermarket fuel rails or regulators wont pass visual inspection for smog, but i highly doubt that pertains to your buggy if thats what it's for.
