WTB: Rear seat belts for a 2000 4 door

Does anyone have a right rear seat belt assy for a 2000 4 door? The retractor spring broke in mine and apparently my kids aren't legal strapped in with a five point, or so said the nice police man that pulled me over.

No ticket, thats what made him nice. Just told me to head home and no to do it again.

Any help would be appreciated. the dealer wants $275 and I haven't had any luck at pick a part.

I run around all over with my 3 kids strapped in with harnesses and have never had an issue.....

I have the ones from my 91 still. I won't be using them, so if you want them and if they will fit, then you can have them.

Dangit that was the grand cherokee. Try cross referencing the part# and see if its the same.

No actually pulled me over for flaps and flairs then realized I wasn't a 20 y/o kid and got much cooler the seat belt thing was an afterthought on his part I think. What he said was that even though my harnesses are SFI approved and that spec exceeds the DOT spec. The seat belt law states that seat belts must be DOT approved belts.
I haven't had a chance to check this out with the guys here at work yet or look up the code myself, hopefully I'll have a chance to do that today.

Yep i was told and showed the same thing from the CHP.All seat belts must be D O T, not better and safer.LOL.
