WTB: Ford Dana 44 for the

Want to buy a HP Ford 44 that is a leaf spring axle. Looking to bolt it up to the prestigious and well known stomper. Would be amazing if it was in decent condition so I didn't have to rebuild it and if it was a 4:10 axle that would be perfect.

Check with floornerd he has a couple out here at my place, but they have the cast in perches, but might be ok for that purpose!

nah, he needs a leaf sprung from a 78-79 F250 ... looking for bolt in, not fab in. Thanks though, JD!

I think you guys are talking about the same thing. The Hp44 HD is from the 78-79 F250 and has a cast in leaf spring mount on the driver's side.

I'm betting what Flores has out at JD's are F150 HP44's with cast wedges, but you are technically correct, DJ, that one of the perches is cast... not the other

Honestly I haven't looked at em at all in a loooong time But I think your right pretty sure they are 150's. I'll look tomorrow
