So does JCR, BUT they have the frame tie-ins available. Other companies make them too. I believe DBO has them.
Not everyone who gets aftermarket bumpers uses them for more than looks. I want to say that landl makes the bracket tie-ins also.

Mines build for the frame tie in brackets as well, so it's already a 1/2" wider than stock, I took it off Craigslist cuz that part slipped my mind and I don't have the urge to make another set just to sell it

Interesting, I know that the JCR ones (and others) will bolt on stock without mod. But, will only work for full pull strength with the tie-in's.
