John, I have a 7120 that has been rebuilt less than 1000 miles ago. It's sitting in Bakersfield attached to the rest of the engine.
It's out of a '95. Valve job, new head bolts, magnafluxed, checked for flatness (it was).
Buy the head, get the block for free.
