I don't have the coin for a new set of tires but I am in need of a new set. Looking for a set in the 35-37" range for a 15" wheel. I wont be in the state until the middle of February. And the closer to Santa Rosa the better. Thanks...

Ok, this isn't working out well lol...anybody know of a good tire store that will mount on bead locks and won't take me to the cleaner over price?

Most good 4wheel drive shops will mount tires on bead locks. I think 4 wheel parts in Santa Rosa will. Its really not that hard to do, a 5 gallon bucket and some soap and you can get them on. Lots of how to videos on you tube.

I did mine myself. Super easy. Also, go on pirate for new tires

My step dad's tool are garbage, my tools are in North Dakota otherwise I would do it myself lol. He is a bicycle nerd, he doesn't own real tools.

A cheap set of sockets/wrenches to tighten the bolts on the rings. Cheap HF tire pry bar.

Bead locks are easy enough. Use whatever cheap tools you can and rent a torque wrench from autozone if you're willing to do them yourself

I probably will, the neighbor owns a construction company...if his tools suck I would be surprised. Found a set of 36" Iroks on Craigslist but the guy hasn't answered my email.

So I think I'm actually going to be selling my 15" beadlocks and going to a 17" wheel since there are more tire options for 37's with the bigger wheel.

Or just got with a 35" tire unless you are building 3/4 or 1 ton axles...

I only have a 30/44 in it, but when I break them it is an excuse to go to a 60/60 instead...my wife doesn't let me replace things unless they need to be replaced...so if I plan to break it then it's a win win lol.

that is a dangerous game to play. stick with the 35's and stock axles

My 35s may be up for sale soon. Km1s. Some weather cracking but all 5 hold air. Been kicking around the idea of going to 33s. I'll send you a pm if I do.

Go through a pirate vendor. I usually ask 4 tire vendors and one will givr stupid cheap prices

Didn't think about that, I'll hit them up...America's Tire said $1307.88 out the door for five with their replacement certificates on all five.

Thats good for 5 with warranties, but still, I would hit pirate just to see. I would not be surprised if you get it down to 1080-1200$, but not sure about warranties.

I got quoted for 4 33" MTRs for around 850$ I think.

You could consider going with 4 and grabbing a craigslist spare later down the road to save even more $...

I went with Bart Rims from summit. 160$ shipped for 4 of them .
