WTB: 2000 or 2001 xj engine

In need of a lower mileage, great running 4.0 engine. 2000 or 2001,, or others 98 99 if they will be direct fit? my xj is a 2001.

or do you know a reputable engine builder that can rebuild mine start to finish? reasonably priced.
