WTB 1990 + short block or 1990 long block

I'm looking for a fresh or near fresh short block or long block for my 1990 Jeep Cherokee 4.0. I'm not looking for someones "it's just been rebuilt XXX miles ago but I don"t have receipts" or worn out 300,000 mile motor. I have two of those already and I really don't need another. If you are not willing to let me inspect it internally please don't bother replying as not doing this last time burned me.
I'm willing to pay a fair price. If you have the motor I'm looking for please let me know ASAP.

Okay guys, I really could use some help here. I'd love to get the Cherokee running but after spending $500 and finding out this supposed low mileage engine had 3 rods about ready to come apart and they rocker cover filled with grease to keep the noise down I'm getting frustrated. There has got to be someone out there that has a good running, fairly low mileage 4.0L for sale. All I ask is that you let me pull the pan and the rocker cover to verify the condition.
Anybody??

I have an 89 short with clean walls and an 89 long pulled from a running jeep.. I don't know the mileage on either $100 for the short and 200 for the long..

short has internals but no pan.
long is valve cover to pan..
