My friend has a stock 06 TJ and from what he has explained to me, he has bump induce death wobble. THe TJ is stock no mods at all. Only has 30k on the ticker. He says when he hits a bump at higher speeds 55 and up it shakes violently. He said if he slows down below 25mph it will go away. From the way he explained it it sounds like DW. He has taken it in for warranty and they told him it was bent wheels. Does not make sense to me. Bent wheels would shake or vibe all the time. Any input would be helpful.

Edit: ment to put this in OEM tech can someone move it.

Have a Tech question NOT related to an XJ or MJ? This is the place to get help.

I'd start off by rotating the tires front to back, driving it then start looking for worn loose steering and suspension parts
