Work Party at my place saturday and probably friday if anyone wants to show up friday.

I usually do it all myself , but I am looking for some help this time. Its all easy stuff

List of projects

Clean all the Tranny fluid and oil out of the engine bay

add additional hose clamps on one of the tranny lines (shot off after the roll somehow, I actually reinstalled it while I was there on the side of the road all spaced out)

clean the interior really good

remove back seat real quick

bolt down some sort of locking parts/gear/tool box to the back cargo area to hold all of my spares they don't kill me next time I roll on the pavement.

get the doors to line up as best we can , between my quick install and the latest roll they really don't like to close too great.

vaccum interior including the ceiling since its all crappy muddy right now from the roll

pull out the roof dent over the driver side

add a steering stabilizer and remove the Ram for now

toe it in real quick(its toed out like 3/8" right now)

swap in shorter coils- hit the cut-down coils with MAP gas to flatten the bottom ring after cutting

maybe adjust caster if need be

inspect welds and structural integrity

weld up the rear bumper slider thingy crack

adjust trackbar for shorter coils

cut down prothanes up front

inspect brakes

check axle housings for straightness

test drive it

I have a guy coming over saturday morning to install a new windshield for 140$.

I would love to come by and help out and see your place Saturday I just ran out of time. I need to finish my AC compressor, expansion tube and dryer install. The expansion tube wont come out of the radiator so I need to work on it again tomorrow.

I got started tonight.
I need a new headliner, and the interior trim that routes along the A pillar on the driver side.
I might end up needing a pass side rear door, but probably not.

I need help lining up the doors better mostly, and inspecting welds for safety sake. I started to gut the interior already and pound out the roof dent that went in over the driver side . Should be able to get the windshield in, and the remaining roof dents will add character.

still need to dial in alignment, and add the stabilizer, remove the RAM, cut down the pro thanes, and swap coils , after cutting down the old coils.

Anyone even wants to swing by for just an hour to get the doors dialed in after I get the windshield installed.

Lets plan on 11-12 to start or later since I am not sure how long the new windshield will take to install.

we got a lot done today. High lift on the roof to get a new windshield in, swapped the exhaust, dropped the front down at least 4", and found a rear brake line leak, melted rear leaf bushing , removed the back seats, removed the Ram, started making a bolt on stabilizer mount , rear window in, cleaned oil from the engine bay, inspected welds, and diagnosed (partly) the rear brakes locking up so bad (air in the lines and possibly a bad caliper)

Thanks Ethan and Thomas!

We also cut the doors and the hatch socthey close. Everything is so tweaked that the only reasonable option is a angle grinder when it comes to opening and closing

This one is just fine . It will be wheeled for a long time . Its got 5 windows and 5 doors. It will be getting a comanche tail gate and 2001 top part of a hatch soon. And alot more tube here and there and suspension seats and harnesses. Once its too smashed and pieced together it will become trail only and ill build an mj.
