I just wanted to let everyone know, according to the Wooly's Offroad Facebook page they will be increasing their rate 50% beginning in January. The new price to ride is 15$ per person. I used to frequent this place but now I think I will stay away. Ther are not enough trails or up keep to warrant that much of a price hike.

insurance sir.....insurance is a bitch

windrock charges 17......consider yourself lucky

I still think it's well worth it, and keep in mind that they have had the same price for about 10 years now. Wooly's is not the most exciting place to wheel in the country, but they are somewhat local, and we have made some good memories there. I'll be going back, and I'll be happy to pay the price to support a fun place run by good people.
Brian, if you'll go with me, i'll pay the extra five for ya!:yelclap:

I stopped going to woolys when the EPA took all the good trails. I still go on a four wheeler or rhino but I'm not hauling a jeep.

But yes $15 isn't that bad. But considering the park it may be....

The Badlands charges $20 and I don't think twice to pay that. Just pay up so they can remain open. Most park owners don't make a gigantic profit.

I would gladly pay the extra 5, you should just be thankful we still have places to wheel, if keeping the trails open means paying a little extra, then its pretty obvious that we as a community just need to support them.

If we are so tight we cant afford to spend an extra $5 a month or how ever often you go wheeling, maybe even an extra $15 for a weekend, you have bigger things to worry about then wheeling.

i clicked this thread by accident and you guys have it lucky. $35 a day to wheel at rausch creek in PA. another 10 bucks on top of that if you want to wheel the "new property"

Never knew places like that existed. Pay for trail riding. I have always just gone to forests where my tax dollars claim to be used for.

Wow. This thread is almost a year old. You must have gone back several pages.

99.9% of forest roads in the south I can drive my moms Avalon on. If you want to play on the real trails private owned land is where it's at.
