What do the axles matter? I can't think of a single dedicated trail rig that has stock axles under it.

Good to know. Either way, my biggest issue is the money thing. That's what got me into XJs in the first place, they're so much less expensive. Don't get me wrong, my dream rig is a tubed out Scrambler with a stretched wheelbase and blah blah blah, but I simply don't have the funds for it.
