So the tires of that bike did leave the ground, video makes the cop look even more guilty that the news footage.

Given the evidence, I'd say this cop was at best, a bit too exuberant in his enforcement of the law, and at worst is a liar who threw a guy off his bike for no reason. Does this mean I've lost faith in the police? Nope. Does it mean I don't like em? Nope. It just means that I accept the fact that not every cop will be perfect. I do however believe there are more good cops than bad.
