wire identification needed

1994 XJ, 4.0 5 spd manual 4x4.
The PO cut these wires when he swapped the motor, but never finished the job. 3 wires.

• 1 black & orange
• 2 black & white (one could be black and light gray, hard to tell)

These are hanging out of the loom that goes from pass side firewall to the coil.
For reference, the orange thing in the is the oil filter.
