Were you see that bolt, is were to bolts to stock crossmembers. Probably about 4 inches above stock rack.

I still have a bunch of 96 and older xj stuff like taillights, side markers, blinkers, grills, doors, hatch and more that I would like to part ways with. Let me know what you need and I will see if I have it I am just to busy at the moment to make up a list. I also have a bunch of 231 t/c parts and front xj driveshafts but will need a rebuild.
