Went out to the wings of freedom presentation at Buchanan air field to day. Was awesome. Got to tour the inside of a few of the planes.

It was a really awesome experience. I live next to the buffer area for the airport. So I've been hearing them taking off all morning. When that B17 climbs over my house at 500ft it is seriously cool.

I remember my old man taking me to air shows at Andrews AFB, this was Maryland (Virginia?) back in the 90s.
Still blown away at how big that B-52 was, and how as the Blue Angels got all of our attention a B2 Bomber cruised low, slow & quiet from out of left field and everyone's jaw dropped - it was in front of us before we heard it.
Gotta love air shows. Good times!
