It should fit because I think most of the grand wheels were 16" rims instead of 15".

Rim diameter has next to nothing to do with it. Most of the ZJ wheels were 15" anyway.

Yep, both 5x4.5 bolt pattern. The WJ grand cherokess that started in '99 have the 5x5 pattern.
