Why can't i use attachments?

Trying to post a pic of something and can't, because at teh bottom left it says I can't post atachments.
What gives?

If you are talking about pictures, do a search. The site does not host pix, you save it on a service such as PhotoBucket and then you link it to your post. If you search there are lots of explanations.
