Who's bringing their mountain bike?

and I almost forgot

This link has the best information on the web when it comes to this topic. I rode with the guy that created it last spring when I was in ok shape (barely kept up with his little dog) Just scroll down to the Moab Trails on the left!

Well, I talked to my sister this morning and she is going to be looking for someone to ride with. Not all week, but just a few trails.

30 and single. If she finds out about that comment she won't be asking to ride with me all week. :D

FG, GET BUSY!!!!

I've been told she's better looking than me. That might not count for much though. :D

FG just had to bring it up. Gosh, I like that name for you. :D

Lincoln- maybe you will just have to post a pic of your sister and her bike to encourage other jeepers to bring their bikes too. :D

Here's what I looked like after yesterday's ride:

They are building a new year round resort (skiing, golf, biking)about 1.5 hours from my house...went and rode the trails yesterday. Was sweeeet! They even have an obstacle course (teeter totters, log bridges, rock obstacles) and a huge dirt jump area. The singletracks were made with serious fun factor in mind. Of course, I didn't wreck :D :D www.tamarackidaho.com

Hey Jason and Lincoln,

Is this place up towards Payette Lake/McCall? I was in McCall for a week last month for our annual vacation out there. We go there every year. I love that area. Hope to have a little place out there in a few years unless it gets much more touristy.

See ya guys in Moab!

It's just outside of Donnelly on the West side of Cascade Lake (about 15 miles south of McCall). Beautiful place, will be really nice when they are done. Better get that cabin before property prices go through the roof.

You really want to earn the title FG don't you. :D

"went and rode the trails yesterday"

How time quickly time passes. This seems like like less than two weeks ago. Oh wait, it was.

There's a saying Lincoln; "He who lives by the Jeep, dies by the Jeep." My wife will make damn sure that comes true if I spend all weekend on it! :D :D

Kristen has gotten used to it. She does get miffed when I walk into the house at 2 in the morning with the compressor running. I alway's know I'm in trouble when she uses the F word.

She also seems to get a little miffed when I go to the desert and show up at 3:00 when I supposed to be home before dark. I tried to quit that though.

Handlebars, I don't have any pictures of her on her bike. These are the only two electronic one's I could find.

One on the left, taken two years ago at Kristen's and mine's wedding.

April of this year. On the right, that sexy rear end is the Jeeps. She was a little miffed because I kept commenting on the pony's a$$ under that tail.

You can find her. Look for the motorhome that is in the background of the first picture and my dad's Jeep is a red YJ with a grey softtop.

If she found out I was playing match maker I would be in deep dung. Just tell her my mom did it. :D

Lincoln, I see a "1B" plate in the first pic, you got friends from Pocatello? I grew up there..... 19 years.

Second pic..... lower Gauntlet on Carnage Canyon.... ben there a hundred times.

This pic is just above that when it curves to the right and goes up the rocks.

Then this one is at the waterfall a little way up, you should be able to recognize it.

Rocks were there I was just driving through. Stacking rocks is too much work. I watched a few guys go over that little ledge and just hammer the gas until it went over. Silly.

Didn't they rename it Cake Walk Canyon?

Are these the rocks you were refering too:

A boulder fell about 30 ft behind your Jeep (second pic) the day we were there. It was still wet on one side. The thing was about 8' in diameter and right in the middle of the path. A friend at work told me it was moved now.

I'll have to check out the guantlet this winter while hunting.

No stop hijacking Handlebar's thread. This is about mountian bikes and women.
