Which 4.5" lift? Want to run 33".

you probably wont have to trim anything in order to fit 33's on a 4.5" lift. I fit 31's on a 1.5" lift...

Trimming to fit 33s is pretty much a given. How much depends on the type of wheeling you do, and how much you bumpstop. Im putting 33s on a 4.5" RE lift, and my grinder/jigsaw are ready to start cutting some metal.

As for the lift, from what Ive found, many guys are running the RE 4.5" short arm kit and are very happy with it. It gets my vote.

I run the RE6200 kit. My decision to use that kit was based on too many guys doing the 4.5" kit, then getting inchitis, and not liking the ride, so they'd add drop brackets and the HD trackbar. I didn't want to do the work twice, so I just spent the extra up front. Of course, my lift kit sat on the garage floor for almost a year while I collected the D44, gears, SYE. :) I don't regret it though, and it out flexes the 4.5" kit by far.
