what kind of nuts does everyone use to hold down their spare?

Do you think cad plated nuts are durable enough when the spare is not stored inside?

What about "wing" nuts???

what about "nuts"???

Maybe we should start a new thread(with a poll) for mounting hardware ...

actualy, most lift kit instructions say to check your nuts after you drive it offroad and after a few thousand miles. i check mine everyday!

i am pretty sure you cannot fit a 31 in the back and defiantly not under the gas tank, just mount it on the roof either with a tire mount which run around 100$ or simply just strap it down.
