Hemet ca,
Anybody know of any good trails or cool places to wheel near blythe.. I'm going to my gf's place at lost lake on the river about 20 mins outside of blythe in a few weeks and I'm going to town my jeep out there. There are plenty of mtns and hills and everyone at that park has either a yj or cjs soo there has gotta be something. If not I guess I can sit in my jeep on the trailer and act like I'm driving it.. beats putting up with my gfs familys bs for any amount of time haha.

A trail called the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is east of Blythe, south of I10 off of Tom Wells Rd. Might need someone local to show you where it is exactly. Great trail.

I believe there is some stuff to the S. along the river(possibly) the folk in the park will be your best guide.
Draper Wash. & Cabin come back across the Hwy. to the geode beds... there's stuff there you just need to get out and explore... most will be exploring trails, but still fun to get out...

WAIT !! You'll be N. of Blythe... strike the last post...
There might be some stuff up there . but I think much of it has been closed...
I'd get with folks at the park once you're there...

If you're north of Blythe, then there's a bunch of stuff in Parker. Ask about how to get to the Desert Bar (pretty cool place, open noon to dark on Sat and Sun) which is on a dirt road about 8 miles off the highway. There are a bunch of trails that you get to off of that dirt road, then you can go to the bar when you're done. The saying in Parker is that all trails lead to the Desert Bar. The place is packed and there's live music.
