Wheel/rim identification and refurb

Hey everyone, have a quick question on some rims I picked up, which I plan to refurbish and put on my XJ. Anyone familiar with the best way to clean these up? I've read they may have a clearcoat which could be damaged with stronger solvents. (But I'm not actually sure what these are made out of . . . machined aluminum alloy?) Any pointers are appreciated.

We tend to call those wheels snowflakes. I prefer Sonax wheel cleaner, always does a great job.

I've had good success with P21 gel in the past as well. Better for a first time clean and then something like Sonax for maintenance.

They look like Rotiform wheels.
