She was a fast machine, she kept her motor clean, she was the best damn woman that I ever seen" Shook Me All Night Long AC/DC

Didn't Rod Stewart do a version of this one..............????
If there's a God than the answer is no, plus today I realized that Shook Me All Night Long would be a close second to my favorite driving song (actually song while I'm driving) Monkeywrench by Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl is a genius.

Not unless you can find early Ministry ( not the industrial stuff they have now ) Generation X, The Hoodoo Gurus, Simple Minds, Gang of 4, Velvet Underground ( not the revolver crap, bunch of rip offs), Tones on Tail, or Bauhaus,... you get the jist of it.

Actually... I can oblige ya on most of that :D

True 80's music...

Agreed. New Wave beats top-40 in my book most any day, though there are a very few exceptions.

When bands had real synthisizers!

Hear, hear! A few more I'll throw in the mix:

Devo: Mongoloid
Sisters of Mercy: Doctor Jeep
Frontline Assembly: Provision
Wall of Voodoo: Mexican Radio (in fact, the entire damn Call of the West album).
Suicide: Ghost Rider

And yeah, it's a popular '80s flashback show song, but I friggin' love it: B-Movie's Nowhere Girl.

Also: Therapy?: Screamager. Troublegum's an excellent album.
