Rust-free has value, and interior looks ok, but faded/peeling paint, high mileage, and not running are negatives, especially the not running. Makes it impossible to assess the condition of almost every aspect of the vehicle. I would guess there will only be $1K low ball offers because its not running. PCMs are cheap and easy to install, so if that's your XJ, I'd install a working ECU.

I'd agree with Max, not running $800 to maybe $1500. Rust free is a good selling point. Also, if there was any front end upgrades. Also, a picture of the engine bay. Also, if the sun roof is factory or aftermarket. Not sure if its a plus or minus. I like a sun roof, but not sure for aa XJ, as to wheeling. I think as to non-running, your asking $2,500 is OK to see what offers come up. I'd think running $3,500, maybe more.
