What's the stupidest thing you ever did that you would admit to?

I considered just locking it, but didn't want to appear to 1930's german.

What I really wanted to do was hit the delete button, but there are member posts in there.

Is it taking up your personal NAXJA server space?

I did the same thing but I drove from Indiana to Houston and back again and somewhere around 1000 miles more before it started leaking. I was driving and saw a mist behind me, then the engine light came on. After towing it home I found the problem.....
I was sure lucky it went out 10 miles from home instead of a long dark lonely highway.
Needless to say, I always check to make sure the old gasket comes off with the old filter!
 
This is not about me,.... really . Its about an idiot that used to work with us (and was fired for going over his bosses head) that I know viewed the world different then everyone else. According to him he had vermin running in the gutters in his house. He poored gasoline into the gutters and lit them. Blew the gutters right off of his house. To top it off he was stupid enough to come into work and tell everyone what he had done. I was rolling on the floor.
 
My friend's friend's mom's boyfriend (convoluted enough?) had a good one:
He's this big biker type, goes out to bars drinkin and gettin into fights. He went out one night had a few drinks and sees this chick over in the corner. He went over, starts chattin her up and is about to take her home when he hears some sniggering. He goes over to kick the uys ass for laughin at him when the guy quietly explains, that's no chick! On closer inspection he notices the adam's apple, mannish collar bones, etc and gets pissed. He goes raoring back over to this "chick" who stands about 5'7" and weighs in at maybe 135lbs as opposed to his 5'8" 200lbs and proceeds to kick the cross-dressers ass. Except it didn't quite work out like that. The "chick" was a local Golden Gloves welter weight champ who also liked to dress in drag. Dude got his ass handed to him by a guy wearing a dress and high heels weighing fully 70 lbs less than he did. :D:D Needless to say, he never showed his face at that bar again.
Also knew a Marine when I was stationed in 29 Palms who got some...favors...from a guy in drag. Didn't realize it was a guy until way too late. Was that the stupidest part? No. He comes back to the barracks and tells us all about it. We of course were merciless in mocking him, so he retaliated by chucking apples at everyone's doors. Which quickly got him in even more trouble...
Stupidest thing I've ever done? Falling for two manipulative, conniving women before meeting my wonderful wife.
 
I can't believe anyone would actually complain about such an infraction. I, as the guilty starter of this thread had no idea such an otherwise helpful, friendly, group would even consider this such, else I would not have started it. I do tend to conform and follow rules whenever I can.
geez, if only everyone whom wasted their time to enjoy reading and posting to this horrific disregard for rules would have their response. Many have probably moved on to newer, less "german" grounds no doubt.
