98 here with an auto and 4" Teraflex, front coils, control arms, rear AAL + Shackles... running 31s... i went 140km/h (150 maybe?no speedo gears) and i was scared shitless to go beyond... my roof with my roof rack was vibrating and starting to "wave" my dome light fell down... LOL!!! ... .. anyone?

i think thats about 80

time for a sye and perhaps a wheel balance if you vibe that bad at 80

90 downhill...

I did 110+ in my stocker but deffinetly won't go above 80 once I get my lift and tires.

i have an sye and i have brand new bfg ats that were not balanced the first time... and they vibed.. ... balanced them at a 4x4 shop and they are much better....

i went 110+ which is 180 in kms .... that was when i was waaay low ...;P

Hold on, you're not going to believe it, but i did almost 80!

nothing for a stocker, but im at 8" with 33" SSR's on Beadlocks, a custom longarm and everything but the kitchen sink on board. and no swaybars.

Looking back............ it was pretty stupid.

I have done approx 90mph on the way to hospital with my 3yr old son when he had a head injury. No problems. I am sure she would go faster, but not so bright.

I have a 974dr, RE3.5 superflex, SYE, 32x11.5x15 GY MTR's, roof rack/lights, I drive 70mph daily, its no different than stock (except less power, I need to regear) Very stable. No rear sway bar.

90mph with 35s. the poor old 4.0 was definitely unhappy and it was noisy, but everything else was solid. the leaf springs and Bilstein 5100s were great. I usually drive 65 because the gas mileage goes WAY down when you go much faster with big tires/lift.

I'll cruise at about 70-75, max i've been since my last buildup was 85 and that was pretty scary and "gps verified"

This is at 6" no swaybars, 34" bias ply TSLs

coming back from the SocalXJ jamborree I was running between 90 and 100 because the vibes resonated bad at lower speeds. this was with 4.88's and 33"s 4.5" lift and no sway's. now I have 35"s and 90 is really smooth. my speedo is correct and verified by my GPS.

true your wheels, balance your tires, and correct your pinion angle.

down here in SOCAL, the flow of traffic is usually either 75 or 5... if your not in a traffic jam then your in a hurry to get to the next one... :passgas:

4" 31's and roof top tent with a trailer in tow a bit of a headwind and hill and picture proof ;)

Just under 95 mph in your neck of the woods and happened after a day at Ayres Rock after climbing it and walking all the way around it. Even waved at a passing motorist at the time. Wasn't even breaking the law either as no speed limit there ;)

i've done a hundred plus in a 79 bronco with 8 inches and 38's .in the xj i have done 95 on 8 inches of lift and 35's with 4.56's.gps verified and speedo correct.
