what would you do in this scenario.(non jeep)

let it go, know that eventually karma will bite them in the ass and take some satisfaction from it... this now falls into the "things you can't control" category, and therefore isn't worth raising your blood pressure over. Have a cold one and drink to karmic justice.

I guess ultimately thats not good enough for me.
They do so much illegal stuff, screw their employees so bad, and dick over customers so often, and get away with it, its not even funny.
I cant pass a Big O without my blood boiling and wanting to take down every wall of the building.....

life gets pretty sucky when we're determined to control those things that are beyond our control, Mike. Live in the now, and let go of those things you need to let go of -- by all means, squeeze the life from dirtbags when its in your ability, but don't let other people's lack of ethics drag you down. /channellingofconfucious

I know what you mean. I guess I just want someone to care. Osha, news, someone. just to throw some dirt back on them.

Like Chris said, generally speaking, the best way to rebuild your credit rating and status is to use it and show a good, continual history of paying and not carrying big balances. Use it for grocery shopping, pay it each month. Buy your fuel, pay it each month. The better fix is with financing a loan. Something easily within your budget and using an auto-bill pay feature so that payments are consistent and on time.

I don't have a lot of experience in bad credit issues (thank god) but from what I know, your situation doesn't seem too awful and you should come out just fine given a little time and some good credit building history.
