I didn't think the airport was going in .... I thought something went sour with that deal.

And with no airport, that land isn't worth much. $100k might be enough to buy it?? Maybe?

buy a rust free, 5spd, swb mj. swap in dana 44's front and rear, both locked with arb's, 4.88 gears, 35" mtz's, 4 point harnesses, roll cage, bumpers/ armor, the whole nine yards.

with the rest, find a decent condition cj3a, and restore it/ mild build up, maybe 2-3" and 33's.

Step 1: Not tell the fiance..because our wedding would get a LOT bigger.
Step 2: Refurb the XJ. Maybe 5k there...if that. Puts it where I want it.
Step 3: Finish my car ~5k.
Step 4: Put money away/invest. 20k would take a big chunk out of a down payment on a house...which would facilitate the other hobbies since Ide have a garage/driveway to do some damage in.

Ah yes... Free money and the day dreams that it conjurs up.
