What works best for washboard roads?

Im running about the same amount of lift with those shocks and my rears are way too long. How do you like the length of yours? Rusty told me the shocks were fine and I obviously wasnt running 8"s of lift and that the shocks would work on a 6" lift ... yeah sure. Sorry about hijacking the thread there for a bit.

As for the OME LT shocks valving, I can tell you that they do not come in the 'soft' valving. At least they didn't a year ago when I was shopping for them. They are much firmer than the 'soft' shock too. I know because I had both types on my xj at the same time.
My BB'd OME lift loves washboard fire roads at high speeds. Soft springs, soft valved shocks, and RUBBER bushings everywhere! (proper control arm angle is crucial too, but you have that covered w/ drop brackets)

My set up wroks fine on hars washboards. Rancho coils, spacer, tomken leaves, shackle for 5" of lift and Bilstein 5100's all around riding on 31's. Bigger tires would help but it's not bad. The dirt roads in NE have some horrible washboard. Driving a van down one section it literally felt like your teeth were going to fall out a 30mph. Did the same spot in the Jeep at 45 and it was smooth. Makes lots of noise but dang it sucks up the bumps and smooths everything out.
