What was done to YOUR rig(XJ/MJ) today MECHANICALY????

I put some wear on it going to local scrapyards as I usually do on Saturday mornings. Got a couple of York 210's, and a couple of other goodies for next to nothing.

That track bar bracket is going to make your dana 30 'splode. You should give it to me.

You sure this would survive all the rust you'll subject it to down there?

Didn't get a chance to put it on. Sometime this week maybe.

FINALLY... replaced both center pins on my leafs and installed new U bolts on both. Also installed new leaf guides if that's what they are called. Had a spare set I had bought from Rusty's for one side needed another pair for the other side. Bought them at Advanced and they are WAY BETTER!!! While I had it apart I installed some Bilstein Shocks I had laying around. Today I will try and tackle the LOW idle issue I'm having.

Not regearing the Jeep today. Next weekend. My friend has to work today instead. HAven't put on the double shear track bar end on yet either. Back pain has been preventing me from living a normal life.

Back pain sucks. Been dealing with a lot this year.

Heated seats, chiropractor, and working out my back muscles at the gym have helped a lot.

I'm working on the chiropractor part since I now have a job that gets me health insurance again. Need to get back into going to the gym though.

I rolled the Jeep out of the garage and jumped it with my roommate's car. My battery charger in the garage died. :( I'll be dailying the Jeep the rest of the week to make sure it will make the drive to my buddy's place this weekend for the regear.

Guess what I did?

Rear main seal?

Got oil on your face?

You slipped with the sawzall and accidentally cut into the oil pan? That's pretty hard to do on a rear comp cut.

started putting together my new gas tank and sending unit to slap in tomorrow morning before work. and i learned the hard and expensive way that 23gal LWB mj fuel sending units are not the same as XJ units as everyone says they are. in fact the sending unit my jeep has is harder to find than the holy grail.

so it looks like my jeep is getting a cherokee tank in the bed, or possible under the bed.

Jeep is regeared!
