Found Out That The 2In Lift The Po Put On My Mj Equals Out To A 2In Leveling Kit Cuz My Leaf Springs Are So Bad. Hell Creek Suspension Here I Come, Thank God For layaway
Budget boosted (aka leveling kit) my mj the front springs were sagged so bad that my 1.75" spacers just got it level with the rear. I think im going to save up for the rock crawler 3" lift and run that
Going to try and test my CPS sensor and see if it is bad or not. Will also try and see if I can get power to the pump and preasure to the fuel rail. If I can get the engine to start and run then I'll send in my $35 via paypal for some red lettering!

Got motivated and finished chopping my doors off. The drivers side was straight forward like always, but on the passenger side I had to press the pin out and flip it. I dont know how most people do it but last time I went doorless. Flores helped and we had to weld a bolt as a pin. I like this method bette
Duracrap water pump leaker getting swapped for bosch, but the new pulleys I bought from 4WD last year are not the right ones :shiver: for 4.0 engines on XJs
Well, even though I am skeptical, I tested my CPS and it came back good, so I'm going to move on with testing other components as to why my cheap-jeep isn't running. Going to test for proper fuel pressure and check all connections. The seller didn't seem all to bright, so I feel either they missed it, or in their attempts to repair may have caused more damage.
I'm also going to begin stripping the interior out. Aside for being filthy, I think it might actually be usuable, so if anyone has a use for maroon carpet, let me know and I'll see how well this cleans up, along with the headliner and all the trim.
got half of my MJ bench to Bucket swap done. would have got it all done, but i need to find another passenger side seat bracket. i might have cut through mine while removing it from its previous home. i also found out why my radio doesn't work, the antenna cable was cut in half and twisted back together. so tomorrow morning i'll get that done.
They told me to pound sand after one year. That was back in 2007 though. I think they realized that customer service is important for a business I still won't ever buy anything from them and won't let anyone I know if I can.
Before I bought my lift for my first jeep, I did alot of looking into Rusty's, and it seemed they had a rough patch in customer service for awhile. If they have gotten better that would be cool since they have some parts at not half bad prices. Plus the coils I did get from them worked the way I wanted, and didn't have any complaints. Although that was just coils.
Started removing my interior, got the back seat out, and started working on the trim and carpet in the back. Previous owner stripped out alot of the screws, so....yeah...slowing me down a bit. Probably will resort to drilling them out in the hopes someone might wanna use the trim, since I don't plan to. This weekend I'll try and find out more as to the why of the jeep not running.
