While removing the spring packs to do a bastard pack, the bushing in the right front spring eye decided to stay attacked to the bolt and partially ripped the perch off the body and distorted the hole. Then death occured for four drill bits while drilling leaves. Time to find my drill doctor!

Get my rock sliders welded on, one of the front brakelines fixed/replaced, and welding my JCR bumper to the unibody tie in brackets. Forgot to ask how much more it would be to do a motor mount while its there too. But oh well.

SOOOOON I'll be able to bumpstop and figure shocks out.

Ordered some parts from Quadratec, some of it shipped today, so hopefully next weekend I'll be working on getting some better leaf springs in and gain a slight lift.

Got shock extensions so I can use up these new shocks before I get new ones. Ian those shocks were dead ;p. Better than nothing, ill probably put on the rears cause o don't think I can extend them. Next I am swapping out the pitman ( thing is a bear to remove) and going to the junkyard for odds and ends, mostly vacuum lines that are broken or melted. I had toyed.around with just pulling every non brittle line I could find. They usually don't charge for that stuff I don't think.

Ya know, I knew they were on here, and didn't think to do that. Luckily it was a small order, and shipping wasn't too bad. But if I get more stuff I'll be sure to do that. Not to mention, I need to send in my $35 and go red, like to be able to get a discount on some parts as I go along.

Bought 3 little bolts to replace the ones I lost while doing the axle swap, and then promptly lost the new ones. They're around somewhere. Found the title to the Comanche, which I thought had blown out the window. (whew, that would have been a pain in the butt)

then i got bored and actually mounted my battery.. for the most part

in the coming future; im planning on throwing these coilsi have in the garage in the jeep. im thinking there 3" coils now

Just changed my cylinder head, and the 95 XJ Country no longer blows steam out the exhaust pipe !!! Sounds real smooth, so I am gonna drive her to work in the morning! Best $800.00 dollar jeep i evah had... PS... Your Jeep won't start if you are stoopid like me and forget to plug the Crank Position Sensor back in. Live and learn...
