I changed my water pump after the GMB I bought only lasted a few weeks. I attempted to change the A/C condenser as well but the fitting to the A/C lines were complete seized on the condenser. I "uninstalled" it with my grinder. Now to find some replacement lines...No one sells the hose that connects the drier to the condenser.
 
Last night: put my doors back on. Recharged a/c. Dumped a gallon of coolant and added a bottle of Super cool and 1 gallon of fresh distilled.

Got the radiator installed and all buttoned up minus my new condenser. I ordered some new A/C hoses from Jeepair.com. My hose connecting the drier to the condenser was different than the one they had pictured though. Fortunately they made me one that would fit! Turns out Jeep changed the design somewhere along '91. Rockauto and the chain stores only sell the suction and discharge hoses so I had to order from Jeepair.

Hopefully you'll have better luck than me. I bought a GMB because someone else recommended one on NAXJA. I put my original water pump back in, 20 years and still going.

Almost 2 months after what I have dubbed "the indecent" the jeep is back on the road. Shackles are 2 inches shorter, and the shackle hangers are 2 inches forward. This will hopefully fix the issue with the shackle maxing out horizontally. I also finished the tranny cooler. I kerlpoded the steering stabilizer last time at K2, so I will pick up a new one this week.

The finger incedent. This weekend is our inspection on base ( all the other weekends have been "practice" for this weekend). Then memorial day weekend I leave for 2 weeks in Fl. THEN maybe there will finally be some wheeling mixed in with trying to sell the house, getting devorced and getting into my new house. I'm going to need about a week of camping and wheeling to unwind.

I tried to title my mj today, was going to get slammed by fees cause it's been about two months since I traded. So I said Its only been a week, and I forgot my insurance.... So still no title today.

Yesterday Rich and Jay helped (did it all) make my doors removeable and made / installed tube doors :)

Jay also fixed a trackbar issue that they discovered. Today I will do cosmetics and hopefully fix the speedometer.

I'm open to suggestions on how/where to move speakers so I do not have to remove and still have sounds with the tube doors on :)

got a rusty's stinger front bumper, and optima red top. installed both and tinkered with my jeep. i think im going to get a fuel pump assembly this time and see if it works.

Deals or not I think I would want my rig running befor sinking money into things not needed at the moment but that might just be me..... lol.

Have you tested thefuel pump you have first. You sure have thrown alot of money at this jeep for it not to be running yet. Has anyone come by to help you diag anything?

I'm going to call you in a few to give you a hand..
