what does the front look like. You could back-half it......then replace the rest of the damaged top from another XJ, not really that hard just time consuming....

I would just bang out(or cut off) what you can, build a cage, and call it a "trail rig". At least you don't have anything to worry about body damage. LOL

Got an alignment then washed it. Changed a corner marker bulb or whatever its called. Then measured to see how much lift its actually at. Barely over 3" in back, and barely under 2" for the front. Need to order some 3" springs for the front when I get a job/money.

Topped off the radiator. Figured out my LCA bolt needs tightened. Installed a front hook, put some tail lights on the roof rack for flat towing so now I'm all set up for a trip somewhere

Inspected inside of cat. converter, did a compression check, installed NGK plugs. Had a pending code of misfire on #2. Still have the annoying buck at 1200rpm when I come to a stop. Haven't driven on the expressway yet. Maybe I'll hold off for a day and take the bus to work in the morning!

Hope to install the hitch sometime this week.

Bought a 3rd front drive shaft for a spare and few other goodies.
