Yep, and there are you tube videos of amateur rocketry rockets on a 20-40 ft trailer being set up....

This one went into outerspace (not orbit)

Took mine out to play yesterday. It stalled crossing some water. I think the coil is getting wet and having issues sending power. Going to test once I get the alternator replaced.

Cause yea it died too haha. Thankfully I made it in my driveway right as it got below 9 volts and stuff started shutting off and the engine sputtering.

Looks like I need to do the 136a alt and maybe a relocation.

Discovered I got the wrong bracket I needed. :(

But at least I managed to clean the ground on the engine block and got more of the bad A/C system out.

Rear sway has been gone. Removed the front sway bar today and what a difference it makes on the trails. A totally different ride, love it.

The new ride!

Those wheels and tires look familiar.

I'll buy you some 4" coils for those PAC springs.

Love that color

My a/c is feeling weak.

I know the po charged it before I bought it, so I'm guessing slow leak.

Anyone ever recharge with a kit from autozone? Worth it if I can get 2 more years?

What year, what refrigerant, how long ago did he charge it. Was he a pro or just added a can...? What side of town do you live in?

I have a full set of gauges and AC tools to do it right.

2001, r134a

He recharged it October 2014 right before I got it. Believe he had a pro do it

Fast leak in recent weeks, or a slow leak for 3 summers. Take your pick.

Recharged the ac this morning. Working great now, took half a can or so. We'll see if it holds.

Compressor was cycling on and off repeatedly. Probably would have caught that sooner if I had a garage. Can't wait to get the house back

Get the house back?

Got my 87 Waggy inspected today. $7.00 ;)

85 Diesel has a new parasitic battery drain, battery down to 0.47 V in 48 hours, battery is only 2-3 months old. :smsoap:

Waggy 4.0 is eating oil for sure, down 1.5 quarts in about 400 miles apx. And I smell a whiff of gasoline under the hood, but no wet spots, except a tiny trace at the test port, under the gasketed cover/cap. Still need to fix the damper door issue that has it stuck on defrost mode at the windshield on all settings. I think I hear a loose vac line hose at the controller.

Any one know who stocks the shraeder valve for the gasoline test ports?

Its getting too damn hot outside.

Found the battery drain on the diesel jeep today, some kind of relay turning on under the dash.....

Test drove the Saturn yesterday at 70 mph and did a fair number of stress test turns to see if my rubber boot CV joint boot repair will hold. So far it did!!!!party1:
Save a bunch of dollars doing this.

Got mine almost completely back together. Ran it to start burping the cooling system and it got hot quick. Thermostat seems like it didn't open. Will troubleshoot more tomorrow.
