ya i have a set of full packs to replace my bastage packs but i have all the links and heims and coils to do a rear coil setup....dunno what will happen first but it should be nice...still wrenching on lisa's 88 too yano

nothing today or yesterday, but Thursday the Jeep overheated and start blowing coolant everywhere on 380 in Mkcinney. Pulled into a gas station to check it out thinking i had blown my radiator. Let it stop blowing coolant out then opened the hood, and the Upper Radiator hose had been split open near the t-stat side hose clamp. took it off and cut it down. filled up the block with water and coolant i had in my Jeep, put the hose back on, and the motor was turning over but not starting. tried 10-15 times and it still wouldnt start. Finally decided to turn it over for about 15 seconds while giving it gas and it fired up. then i found out why it overheated: electric fan isn't kicking on. Drove back to plano with the windows down and the heater on full blast.
Haven't had a chance to diagnose whether it's the switch or the fan itself. Been too damn busy!

Not today, but last night.... Blew my front locker, and then my rear driveshaft. Then had to be towed through some very rough, and very scary terrain all the way out from the very back side of Barnwell back to camp. Huge thanks to Lil Red Wagon for getting us out of there. I still don't know how in the hell we pulled that off.
