You can try this PLASTI DIP® SPRAY. It comes in 11oz spray cans and you can get it from HARBOR FREIGHT TOOLS. I used it on my Ford Ranger's Tube bumper and it works great. Held up to the summer temp here in Ca (100+).

I went and got the black color and they had red and yellow also.

Well... How does it hold against peel? I have it on my airtube and I can see how easy it is to nick it and peel off a chunk....

For my stuff I use Tremclad primer then semi or ultra flat black Krylon. It works Doesn't cost too much, so I don't wory about touch ups. Just wipe the mud and dust off and hold up some cardboard for over spray and away I go. I am a fan of fast drying paint myself.
