you may want to fish the 'rest' of it from the valve cover.... it will be a broken up ring of 'almost' rubber.

i have also seen the halves on e$ay for a decent price...

no i made sure all the bits of the elbow were taken out, i just think i mighta broke a part of that vacuum block thing you guys think i did?
