The only kind, rayban aviators...

I have a nice pair of mirrored black safety glasses. They actually look like Oakleys (Except the arms are bent for your ear) and cost about 20 bucks Canadian. I can wear them at work, and if they get scratched, I don't have to cry.

Also, if someone sits on them, they won't die like the Oakleys I had for about two weeks.

Either way, you gotta get mirror finish. If you gotta stare at someone, mirrors creep them out.

Besides, you don't want your lady to know who's ass you are looking at do you? :eyes:

Native Eyewear. Polarized, and I think better than Oakley's, designed for outdoor sports, and have a lifetime warrenty. They are designed so that if they take an impact, the lens pops outward, away from your eyes, instead of going inward. If they break for defects, send it back for free they replace them. If they broke because you did something to them, send them back with $20 for brand new pair. If they stopped making your style, they let you choose from a list of replacement styles. They are around $100-$150 depending on the style, and you can get some with interchangable lenses.

I do have a set of Stihl safety shades, I know when I was wearing them outside while doing some tree trimming on my front street area more than a few cars stopped when I walked out on to the street to check my handiwork till I walked back in the woods carrying the chain saw. I figure I musta been drop dead lookin good or they were scared spitless. I know my wife does not like them :D

Here's a pic

Foakleys.....would like a pair of Oakleys, but i'd rather drop that cash on the Jeep right now...

I'm on my 5 or 6th pair of minutes, the black polarized ones now. I like how they look and the coverage the give.

Ray-Ban Baloramas. They're one of the few wraparounds I've found that give good coverage and don't have frames that're intrusive to my field of vision (my peripheral vision is rather wide). Polarisation is good, too, and I like the way the arms grip.

I used to do the cheap sunglasses thing - but the optics drove me up the wall, and I found that I took much better care of a decent pair of glasses than semi-disposable ones.

I get my shades from my dad. They are actually tinted safety glasses. I like them because they wrap around, they are light, and best of all they are FREE! They are mirrored too but, you can't really tell from the pic. Yes, I know I have a zit on my left temple.

I have a set of iGogs from Gander Mtn. They're technically fishing sunglasses; polarized and glare treated. I just got em because they were relatively cheap @ $25 and they fit my narrow head.

Gargoyles ( 2 clear, 2 gold mirror over bronze, 1 silver mirror over smoke, 1 plain bronze, 1 plain ice blue) Lost and have reward for 1 pr Oakley Blades.

Gargoyles WILL bounce a .22 round at 3m just like they claim... I ain't a pimp for some rich-boy junk, but I DID test these and they passed. Not as cool as Oakley's since Terminator but they are eye armor.

I've been wearing Oakleys since tha late '80s- early '90s.Right now I have a pair of Minutes and a pair of XXs, also a pair of Revo Pythons (love them but $$$$ so I dont wear them much).I cant wear cheapies beacuse my eyes focus in on the uneven lens coating and it gives me a headache. My eyes are also hyper-sensitive to light so dropping some coin on a good pair of glasses is worth it to me.I've also had Gargoyles and Bolle which are good glasses.

Same here, my eyes can handle cheap sunglasses. Had several sets of Oakley Zero's which always seemed to fail in the nose bridge due to stress fractures.....guess that's why they stopped making them due to warranty claims?
My wife gave me a pair of Maui Jim's last year and I like the coverage and polarized lenses, but the ear pieces are a bit long for my noggin as they pop a wheelie if I have a hat on.
