What I learned at Winterfest

I learned:

1. I went all winter without a cold until Winterfest.
2. Having said cold keeps you from a good time at the Saturday night fire.
3. I learned a few more names.
4. You get to meet nearly everyone by being at the registration table.
5. Better organization at registration makes it go so much better.
6. I didn't think it could get better than having a toy hauler.
7. Having your own bedroom rocks.
8. Its always too hot or too cold for Wheeler.
9. Mark and Ed are good people.
10. Mark's jeep is the definition of a muli-use suv.
11. My winterfest raffle luck is not as good as it is at other raffles.
12. Having an itinerary will answer all of Bob Loose's questions.
13. My LJ still continues to amaze me at what it will do.
14. A long bed MJ is reeeeeeeeeeeeally long.
15. You can break a stock D44 shaft on small tires.
16. Leaving spare D44 shafts at home doesn't help with repairs.
17. There's always a grinder and welder in the campground.
18. I wheeled more this year than the past few years combined.
19. Someone people will get lost no matter how hard you try.
20. Winterfest always takes so long to get here and goes by too fast.

mac 'what a weekend!' gyvr
