What has your Chapter done?

What has your Chapter done in the realm of Land Use/Land Access?

I know a lot of individuals give time and money but has your chapter done anything "official"?

I'll start with the SoCal Chapter

We are members of the San Bernardino National Forest Adopt A Trail Program by adopting trail 2N04. We do periodic maintenance on the trail throughout the year to maintain the trail at the difficulty level prescribed by the Forest Service.

Our Chapter has also donated funds to the Adopt A Trail Program and to Friends of Johnson Valley.

I know of some of the things other chapter have done but I'll let them chime in on their own.

If you as a member of a chapter know of an issue that needs attention, bring it to the attention of your Chapter BOD and try to make an impact in your local area.

Don't forget we've also contributed a lot to the Friends of Panamint (or Panamit?) Valley and some to the Goff's Schoolhouse.
