i had that same problem with my front diff.. the fluid was a creamy white color.. and i just installed the locker in june..

I'm hoping the AlloyUSA Outer tube seals will help prevent this problem.. If so.. they are a VERY good deal at $50 shipped on Rockauto.com

I'm pretty sure water got in through the breather hose port on the diff. There was a little bit of rust surrounding it on the inside of the diff, and my axle seals appear to be in good shape. I slapped some RTV on the breather and shoved it back in the housing. We'll see what happens.

Friday, received all the information I requested from the accident report. Good news is I don't have to be in CYA mode anymore, as the report states I was stopped and he hit me causing "significant damage" to his vehicle!!! LMAO

Now starts the fun part, getting as much as I can from insurance. Going to start by going to a friends shop and have him check the "frame"

Dam thats a pretty good price and low miles also. I need an intake like that. That motor must be out of a 98 or 99 by looking at the intake and exhaust manifold.
