What did you do to your XJ today

And you didn't even invite me along. :rattle:

It's ok I need to get my steering angle adjusted and some of the front suspension redone anyways.

I replaced a CD player that was foo.bar with a simple MP3 unit. Let's see it try to skip now.

I was babysitting a Stock Wrangler Rubicon it was stop and spot the whole way through one trail.

Got my Brown Dogs all button up, apn installed and flex pipe. Also put a new thermostat and belt on. Ended up with some vibes but hopefully most of them will go away after they settle, if not they wont be too hard to live with.

Today:
I threw a beer can at it 'cuse the rear axle emptied all gallon and a half of gear oil on my garage floor - and almost got the puddle over to my roommates C6 Corvette!

XJ RANGER where'd you go in la ca na da, and who'd you go with?
Looks pretty gnar.

Today, I ordered a Tailbone.
Hurray for future no tire in back!

Tried to figure out which dana 44 i want to put up front, and then where to get it. It's the leg work, not the fab, that is the pain in the lowers.

Prepared the rig to remove the transfer case...

Pulled the cross member, front and rear driveshafts, and the tranny mount. Doesn't sound like much, but it was a slow day.

Hopefully this weekend I can pull the t-case and install my old one without much trouble...time will tell.

when your only working with two hands, outside on the ground, you can only move so fast. T-case jobs are very easy, if you have 4 hands.. if not.. you have to take your time:cheers:

Thanks to Dustin-TORX I have nice battery cables for my winch which I have actually had working for a couple weeks now but I'm slow on posting it. Other then that the wife has been driving it for 2 weeks now so I miss my Jeep :tear:

Old front axle is out. New one is mostly in......
