What did you do to your XJ today

I called CRAP, they have all sorts of u bolts so I'm sure I can get something there today that will work.

So, for rear brake lines, 98 Dakota are pretty long and fit right? I figure while I'm back there today may as well do that too. Most auto parts should have that in stock I assume?

I put some "new to me" rock sliders on. I sort of hate how they look. I'll try an post some pics later.

I think my lift is just too small and they're kinda thick tube sliders, so they make my jeep look way lower or something.

They're pretty frickin strong though, should be functional at least

i finished pulling the hitch from my old jeep and fixed the problem i was having with my new jeep. amazing what 1 loose screw can cause. now just need to install hitch to new jeep and change the oil and adjust the chain on my dirt bike and i will be ready for next weekend

I washed it and Finished putting my sway bar disconnect kit in. So clean. Now i want to get it dirty!! I need bigger tires!!!

Set up my rear gears for the final time. Pattern isn't as perfect as I had it during the final setup but its only off maybe 1 thousandths. If I were setting this up for a customer I would have pulled everything apart and done it to make it perfect. Since everything that could go wrong with this has I am ready to finish it and be done.....just in time to move on to the front stuff.:banghead: Also painted my Riddler Diff covers shiny black!

So, the rails

and a before and after for the leaf springs, kind of hard to tell since the before pic is on the driveway, but I see a noticeable difference and it does ride nicer. It was a bit saggy in the back
