What did you do to your XJ today

I bought spacers at the local shop Woody's 4x4 for 160 bucks. I had a set of 5 allied beadlocks for 500 bucks lined up but I dont want them now. So the new BFG 35 KM2's are now on, I changed both diff fluids since I had the break in oil in them, also changed the oil and filter, and welded my tabs on for my center rock lights. Now I have to go rivet the lights on this morning before I head for Dune Fest!

Thought I would toss a photo of my XJ on those 35's since I haven't posted a photo of it in a while with the work Ive done. Time for some fender trimming and tube flares, this project will never end :eeks1:

Got the front end back together but still waiting to here from Richmond Gear about the one we shipped to them for problem. A straight tierod ,now ready to wheel this weekend . Doing the Naches trail with a group then head to Little Naches for some dust.

Went to Salmon La Sac last night and camped, After watching one of my friends creep his BMW up the road I am very glad I have a jeep.

Yesterday was so F...... up. I would have drove my car if I had any idea of what was gonna happen. But the Jeep, who barely gets driven, went from Tacoma to Ellensburgh, and back again to Yelm. Had planned to start wiring from the THOR guards.

Wow, that's a long day of driving.

So what was so F'ed up? Don't like driving it?

I don't like putting crazy miles on this thing. Just fixed the drive shaft and the A/C.

My work shift is 2 a.m., until 10 a.m. A co-workers life just gut flipped upside down and trying to keep her on purpose, drover her to Ellensburg to hopefully find her truck. Did so and coaxed her back to Tacoma, over going on a goose chase to Spokane.

That is the summary. The day got better, then worse. I eventually had to call in sick for this morning and need to go get some more sleep. I am wiped.

Got home from Dune Fest and I have a set of JCR stage 3 sliders on my back porch! Also snagged a set of Bushwacker Flat Flares for 300 bucks in my hands. Looks as if I'm going to be busy in the shop again.

Beef!
